Stephanie believes that in order to bring your authentic self to work psychological safety is a must. She is TransLink's first Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead driving inclusion across Vancouver's transit agency for 8000 employees. Prior to TransLink, she was the senior director of Inclusive Culture at SAP for 5 years where she has led the EDGE certification. SAP became the first multinational tech company to receive the certification in 2016.  Her approach to Diversity and Inclusion is to look at both the quantitative and qualitative data while bringing people together to drive real sustainable change.
