Hello, it's me Steph! I believe that in order to bring your authentic self to work, psychological safety is a must. I am TransLink's first Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Director, driving inclusion across Vancouver's transit agency of 8000 employees.
Prior to TransLink, I was the Senior Director of Inclusive Culture at SAP for 5 years where I had led the EDGE certification. SAP became the first multinational tech company to receive the certification in 2016.
My approach to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is to look at both the quantitative and qualitative data, while bringing people together to drive real sustainable change. I believe that consistent small actions bring real change and it starts with a conversation.
